Should MCA be led by immoral leaders?

There are two schools of thought in MCA. One thinks that immoral leaders should not be the president of MCA but the other one thinks that since the immoral leader has already apologized, he should be given a second chance to lead MCA.
In my opinion, immoral leaders should not be allowed to lead the party. If the immoral leader can cheat his own wife and his family, what is the quarantee that he won`t cheat the people and the nation?
Morever, once the scandal becomes a public issue, the immoral leader not only loses his credibility to lead the party, the political enemies will also use the scandal as a weapon to blackmail the party and as a weapon to prevent the immoral leader from voicing out either in parliament or in cabinet.

So the MCA must make a careful decision. If the delegates makes the wrong choice to elect the immoral person to be the president of MCA, that would be the begining of the end of MCA. If MCA still has righteous members, they must immediatedly resign from MCA should the immoral leader be voted as president of MCA.
