Why Double Standard?

ACA is supposed to be an independent body. It should not be dictated by anybody.Unfortunately in Malaysia, ACA has lost its impartiality. When it comes to complaints about PR, the ACA is very efficient and it is threatening to prosecute the MB of Selangao, Khalid, for buying 46 cows for mosques . To ACA , it is a corruption.

But when it comes to the political frogs like Hee Yit Foong, the ACA is either not investigating or pretends that no corruption takes place.

For ACA to carry out its duty efficiently and be reapected, it must not only be impartial, it must be seen to be so.

In fact I can tell why Najib influence the SPR not to have an election in Perak & defer the other 2 elections to April. Foreseeing that he will be the next Prime Minister, losing again in Perak, & the other 2 in Bukit Selambau & Bukit Gantang will be like a big 'slap on his face'. It will be a big disgrace on his image & reputation & it's like people have no confidence with his leadership

Furthermore he helped to campaign in a by-election in Permatang Pauh & Kuala Terengganu last year which witness the consequences of losing to opposition. He can't take another 3 defeats, not 5 in a row.

I believe that by-election in Perak will come soon after his inauguration given the immense of pressure to government & Sultan of Perak. Let's see it in April. Let the people judge the wrongdoing of him & his cabinets of DOGS.....once again
